Looks rather well sorted. I’ll give it a NP, if I talk him down to $5k.

Mods hold no value to me, so I just look at as things I need to fix. As such, for that price it's a CP to me. At say $3500, it would be a NP.
That's gonna leave a mark!

Let’s see - no idea of mileage
Hood latch needs fixed
Rear trunk and latch needs repaired after accident
Catalytic converter needs replaced, depending on where you live
Plasti dip needs redone or scrapped
An Illinois car all it’s life is not a plus, it’s a negative given all the salt they use up there.
“I was planning on having the trunk repaired and the car professionally repainted” - until I realized it would cost more than the car is worth.
The best E 30 in Tulsa? Really?
Assuming these are the only issues the car has - Crack pipe at $5500. That money will get you a far better car this this one. $2000 for running as a beater or a parts car.

Bmw’s have a good factory undercoating, but I would still want to get under it and check for rust. NP or CP would depend on rust. Everything else is easy. I would also like to see what kind of brackets are being used for those seats. Good brackets are a plus bad ones are not safe.

With you 100% on this one. I’ve lived in IL all my life and when I see a “no rust” car covered in plastidip, it screams shady to me.
